Option 1: Two-Day Immersive Format

Time Commitment:

●   Friday: Half-day (12:00–17:00)

●   Saturday: Full day (08:00–17:00)

Ideal for those who can dedicate a full weekend to personal growth and recovery.

This format includes:

●   Experiential mindful practices

●   Foundational principles of Authentic Living (Parts 1–3)

●   Workshop modules on:

○   Physical Health

○   Emotional Health

○   Mental Health

●   Group discussions on Emotional Agility and Mental Health

●   Closing integration conversation

●   1 private coaching session with Brett W Simpson

Option 2: Three-Week Extended Format

Time Commitment:

●  Three consecutive Fridays (08:00–13:00 each day)

Ideal for those who prefer a paced experience with time to reflect between sessions.

This format includes:

●   Weekly experiential mindful practices

●   Progressive exploration of Authentic Living (Parts 1–3)

Brett W. Simpson

Brett W. Simpson is a transformation facilitator, emotional agility coach, and co-founder of WholeHealth Renewal. A terminal cancer survivor, Brett’s most profound insights come from personal experience, which he combines with professional training in Enneagram facilitation (Integrative Enneagram Solutions) and Co-Active executive coaching (CTI). With a background in leadership, innovation, and health-focused program design, he guides individuals through recovery, burnout, and personal reinvention. Known for his grounded presence and experiential wisdom, Brett invites participants to meet themselves with honesty, curiosity, and grace, turning insight into action and health into something deeply lived.

Hester-Karin Coetse

Hester-Karin Coetsee is a registered nurse and integrative wellness specialist with advanced training in nutrition, IV nutrient therapy, ozone therapy, and functional medicine through the Institute for Integrative and Functional Medicine. With over two decades of experience across clinical care, curriculum development, and holistic health, she brings intelligence, warmth, and lived wisdom to her role as facilitator. At WholeHealth Renewal, Hester-Karin passionately invites participants to explore, experiment, and play with tools for transformation—drawing from her own journey of growth and healing to guide others with depth, curiosity, and care.

Dr. Helen Stutz

Dr. Helen Stutz is a molecular microbiologist, cancer survivor, and the co-founder and CEO of LifeShine Wellness Centre. With a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and years of biomedical research experience, she brings scientific depth and a deeply human presence to the heart of LifeShine. Helen’s personal healing journey ignited a passion for holistic wellbeing and inspired her to create an environment rooted in compassion, integrity, and warmth. Known for her visionary leadership and inclusive spirit, she brings together like-minded practitioners to build meaningful, healing experiences that empower individuals to reconnect with their capacity to create and recover true health.

Hilton Calder

Hilton Calder is a Clinical Psychologist with over two decades of experience in health, sport, and business psychology. As the psychological sounding board for WholeHealth Renewal, Hilton brings a grounded, human perspective; helping ensure the program is emotionally safe and psychologically sound. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with additional training in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy and a background spanning HR, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Whether supporting mental health in clinical settings or advising holistic health teams, Hilton is valued for his insight, pragmatism, and deep respect for the complexity of the human experience.
