  1. Sit Comfortably with your back straight and place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth.
  2. Exhale Completely through your mouth, making a whooshing sound.
  3. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose for a count of 4.
  4. Hold your breath for a count of 7.
  5. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whooshing sound, for a count of 8.
  6. Repeat this cycle for a total of 4 breaths.

This breathwork takes 5 minutes to complete and was researched at Stanford University by Andrew Huberman to reduce high stress in the fastest possible time by expelling carbon dioxide quickly.
