October’s Full Moon in Taurus offers a fitting theme for this gathering. In astrology, Taurus is associated with the Earth, the senses, stability and what nourishes us. These themes invite us to slow down, reconnect with our bodies and consider what helps us feel grounded.
Guided by Chrisna, we’ll move through drumming, voice and movement, before settling into a closing sound journey.
Through the drum, we’ll find rhythm together, listening, responding and discovering the joy of creating something shared. Through voice and movement, there will be space for expression, playfulness and connection. As the evening softens into the sound journey, we’ll have time to lie back, rest and receive.
