Rhythm • Mantra • Voice • Community • Joy
This Full Moon, we gather again around the drum; not to fix, improve or become anything other than a little more available to what is already here.
This time, we’re opening the circle into a different kind of exploration.
Chrisna will guide us through the grounding, primal rhythm of the drum, allowing the beat to bring us into our bodies, into connection and into the shared pulse of the community.
And in a beautiful co-creation, Ang will guide a playful Mantra Exploration moving through 3 beautiful mantras: Ganesha, Maha Mrityunjaya & Sri Vitthala Giridhari. From strength to surrender to receiving. A joyful, heart-opening and grounding Full Moon experience
Together, the drum and the voice become a conversation.
Beat and breath.
Sound and silence.
Individual expression and collective rhythm.
There will be space to listen, to voice, to drum, to move, to laugh, to be quiet, and simply to allow ourselves to be carried by the experience.
No spiritual performance.
No right way to participate.
Just a room full of human beings, making sound together.
Perhaps this is part of what remembering really looks like:
coming home to our own expression,
and discovering that we don’t have to do it alone.
