Our health is shaped by two things, how we understand ourselves and how we live each day. WholeHealth Renewal combines evidence based research, experiential wisdom and guided exploration to help participants see the patterns and beliefs that influence how they respond to life, stress and relationships. From this understanding, individuals are invited to examine their habits and experiment with practices that support their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. The responsibility for change remains with each person. Lasting wellbeing emerges when insight is translated into personally chosen behaviour.

About the Identity & Self-Understanding Module
This module explores identity and how our underlying emotional and behavioural patterns shape the way we respond to stress, form habits and influence our health.
Drawing on evidence based insight, the Enneagram framework and experiential learning, the module helps participants understand why knowing what is healthy is often not enough. Under pressure, we default to familiar patterns that sit outside awareness and can work against our wellbeing.
Within a supportive environment, participants are introduced to perspectives that bring these patterns into awareness, creating space to respond more consciously and support health and resilience.
Participants explore:
-
- evidence based insight into how personality based stress patterns drive sleep, eating, movement and coping behaviours, and how recognising these patterns is the first step toward changing them
- a deeper understanding of why knowing what is healthy is often not enough, because under pressure people default to familiar emotional and behavioural strategies rather than conscious choice
- practical tools to recognise personal patterns, stress responses and blind spots through the Enneagram system
- simple reflections and experiments that help translate awareness into more supportive, sustainable health behaviours
The focus is not on being told who you are, but on developing the awareness, self acceptance and responsibility needed to recognise your patterns and choose differently.
