You are warmly invited to gather beneath the rising energies of the Full Moon in Capricorn on Sunday, 28 June.

This Full Moon invites us to pause and reflect on what truly matters. It offers an opportunity to notice what is taking shape in our lives, what supports us, and where we may be called to bring a little more intention, balance, and care.

Through the drum, we reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the steady rhythm that lives within us.

Through rhythm, voice, and shared sound, we create space for expression, connection, laughter, release, and presence.

Together, we create something larger than any one of us could create alone.

Resting into the throbbing silence after the drumming and sound has moved us, Nan will share the restorative Japanese practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu. This attunes us consciously with the frequencies of the body as it reverberates within the field.

This evening offers an opportunity to:

    • slow down and reconnect
    • ground into the body
    • share in community
    • express through rhythm and voice
    • listen deeply
    • remember what matters most

Come exactly as you are.

Bring your breath.

Bring your heartbeat.

Bring your curiosity.

We gather in rhythm, voice, and community to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and what matters most.

What is Jin Shin Jyutsu in the full moon drumming experience?

Throughout history the full moon has been honoured as a time to pause and acknowledge what has come to completion, creating space for renewal. Together, we gather in circle to connect with ourselves, each other, and the natural rhythms that support life.

The evening begins with intention setting and grounding, creating a space to arrive fully and become present. Through the rhythm of the drums, participants are invited into a journey of activation, release, and connection. Whether you choose to drum, listen, meditate, or simply sit quietly, you are welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you.

Moments of stillness and reflection are woven throughout the gathering, allowing space to let go of what no longer serves and to reconnect with what is most meaningful.

As our time together draws to a close, we return gently to ourselves through the practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu. This simple Japanese healing art uses light touch to encourage harmony and balance within the body, mind, and emotions. Through guided self-help holds, participants are invited to settle, integrate, and come home to themselves before the circle is closed and we return to our everyday lives.
