Event: Full Moon Eclipse Drumming and Sounding Circle

On Tuesday evening we gather under the powerful Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse, a portal of release, grounding and deep remembrance.

This is not only a moon of heightened emotion, but a call back into the body.
Back into Mother Earth.
Back into rhythm.
Back into ourselves.

We will root deeply, into the Earth, into our bodies, and into each other as a group.

Together, we become a living body of sound.

The drum awakens and activates.
The voice brings it through and out.
The vibration moves through every cell so that life can dance within us again.

And just as importantly…
We will soften.
We will receive the beauty of sound.
We will rest inside it.
We will allow it to calm and regulate our nervous systems.
