There’s a different way to think about health. Less about fixing what’s wrong, and more about paying attention to what’s already there. Less pressure to strive, more space to allow. This three-part workshop series opens that kind of space.

We often speak about health, healing, and happiness as separate things. Something to optimise, something to recover, something to chase. But in practice, they’re closely connected. When you look a little deeper, they begin to move together as one process, shaping how we feel, function, and make sense of our lives.

Hosted at LifeShine Wellness Centre, these workshops are designed as a space for thoughtful exploration. Not a set of instructions or quick answers, but a chance to reflect, ask questions, and engage more directly with your own experience. What you take from it comes as much from that process as from the content itself.

Who This Is For

This series may speak to you if you’ve started to feel that conventional approaches to health don’t quite cover the full picture.

      • Those seeking a more integrated understanding of body, mind, emotion, and soul
      • Individuals drawn to deeper clarity and inner coherence
      • Practitioners looking to expand their perspective on healing
      • Anyone curious about a more meaningful relationship with health and life

About Dr Bernard Brom

Dr. Bernard Brom has spent decades working in non-drug approaches to healing, including acupuncture, low-energy laser therapy, homeopathy, and nutritional medicine.

His current focus moves into what he describes as regenerative medicine, where scientific understanding and spiritual insight begin to meet. This workshop series reflects that integration, grounded in both experience and inquiry.

The Workshop Series

Workshop 1: Health

The Art of Coherence

Date: 16 May 2026
Time: 09h15 for 09h30 – 13h00

What keeps us healthy?

Beyond diet plans, supplements, or lifestyle strategies, health can be understood as a state of inner order. A kind of harmony where body, emotion, mind, and consciousness are not working against each other, but moving together as one living field.

In this session, the exploration opens into:

    • The deeper principles behind lasting health
    • The human being as a matter–energy–information–quantum system
    • How coherence gives rise to resilience and vitality

From this perspective, health is no longer something to achieve. It becomes something we recognise and allow.

Workshop 2: Healing

When Health Asks for Help

Date: 30 May 2026
Time: 09h15 for 09h30 – 13h00

What if illness is not simply something going wrong, but something trying to be heard?

This shift changes the conversation entirely. Symptoms begin to carry meaning. The body becomes communicative rather than problematic.

Together, this session explores how to:

    • Listen to the language of symptoms
    • Understand the role of meaning in shaping physiology
    • Use presence and awareness to restore coherence
    • Recognise the intelligence within the healing process

When the way we see illness changes, the way we meet healing changes with it.

Workshop 3: Happiness

Negotiating Inner Space

Date: 13 June 2026
Time: 09h15 for 09h30 – 13h00

The inner world can feel complex, sometimes overwhelming, especially without a sense of orientation.

Drawing on decades of clinical and spiritual work, Dr. Brom introduces his Mind Maps. These offer a grounded way of navigating:

    • Emotional complexity
    • Relationship patterns
    • The unfolding spiritual path
    • The inner terrain where meaning takes shape

Happiness, in this context, is not something external to pursue. It is experienced as alignment. A settling into one’s own being.
