WholeHealth Renewal was developed in collaboration with integrative health practitioners at LifeShine Wellness Centre, including molecular microbiologist Dr Helen Stutz.

Our health is shaped by two things, how we understand ourselves and how we live each day. WholeHealth Renewal combines evidence based research, experiential wisdom and guided exploration to help participants see the patterns and beliefs that influence how they respond to life, stress and relationships. From this understanding, individuals are invited to examine their habits and experiment with practices that support their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. The responsibility for change remains with each person. Lasting wellbeing emerges when insight is translated into personally chosen behaviour.

What is WholeHealth Renewal?

It is a structured wellbeing program designed to support people navigating significant life transitions and rebuilding healthy rhythms for life.
When life changes, our bodies and habits often need to change too.

After illness
After burnout
After loss
After major life transitions

WholeHealth Renewal helps people understand themselves more clearly and build practical habits that support long-term wellbeing.

About the Emotional Module

This module explores the role of emotions in shaping our experience of life, and how our relationship with feelings influences wellbeing, behaviour and connection.
Drawing on evidence based research, experiential insight and shared learning, the module invites participants to deepen awareness of their emotional patterns and how these patterns impact both their inner world and relationships.

Within a supportive environment, participants are introduced to perspectives that normalise emotional experience, challenge avoidance patterns and open space for honest reflection.

Participants explore:

    • the role emotions play in guiding behaviour, decision making and health
    • common patterns of emotional avoidance, suppression and over identification
    • tools to recognise, name and process emotions more effectively
    • simple practices to build emotional awareness, regulation and expression

The focus is not on controlling or fixing emotions, but on developing the awareness
and capacity to be with them in a more honest way.
